As part of our project organization, you will join a team that values your skills and invests in your development. On your way to taking on a project management role, you will start working as a project engineer, where you will be involved in and support project managers in customer projects. The goal is for you to have the opportunity to go out and learn how the projects look and function, support in the procurement of materials and interiors, assist with quotes and calculations, and attend meetings and be involved in project preparations. As you become more comfortable and learn the job, you will take on smaller projects independently, eventually taking full responsibility for the entire project process from start to finish, considering quality and delivery time.

The role includes:

• Supporting project managers throughout the project process
• Contact with customers, suppliers and craftsmen
• Gradually taking responsibility for and leading both large and small projects

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who has ambitions to eventually take on a project management role. You thrive working in a flexible organization where you can adapt to prevailing and changing conditions, understanding that the most important thing is to get the work done on time. You take great personal responsibility for your work and can work independently within set timeframes. Good cooperation with your colleagues is important to you, and you are happy to help when needed. You understand that to get into the work, you need to be eager for new knowledge and not afraid to take initiatives.

The following are requirements for the position:

• Civil engineering degree in industrial economics, electrical engineering, design, mechanics, or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Driving license B
